We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

Return window

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return

1. Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Once the return is received, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Return shipping

For damaged or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping is non-refundable.
